Systems administrator – salesforce/ncino

This is a Full-time position in Boston, MA posted January 2, 2020.

Principal Objective NOTE***THIS POSITION CAN BE BASED IN BOSTON OR IPSWICH, MA This position, in partnership with the nCino Administrator Business Analyst, will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and executing the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System roadmap to align with the business lines’ strategic initiatives and goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Understand all aspects of Salesforce.com/nCino configuration and technical capabilities in order to implement and optimize the nCino loan origination system.

Manage the loan life cycle within the Salesforce/nCino platform and introduce best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform capabilities.

Develop and maintain processes, features and functionality to continually improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.

Partner with Commercial Lending and Credit Administration and other business users to identify opportunities for improved business results through full utilization of the system’s capabilities.

Monitor user adoption and respond as needed to improve adoption rates through additional training, communication, system modifications or other resources.

Develop, maintain and deliver training plans and documentation to enable new and existing users to effectively adopt the general use of the system, as well as new features and functionality.

Perform system and user administration including periodic updates, user support and diagnosis/resolution of end user issues.

Develop a change management program to ensure effective implementation of new releases and updates.

Partner with business users to identify management reporting needs.

Design and maintain necessary reports, dashboards, and associated documentation.

Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems/applications as the opportunities arise.

Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required) Salesforce.com Administrator Certification or working toward Administrator Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business or commensurate experience Three (3) or more years’ experience in a technical role, preferred business or systems analyst with an emphasis on system configuration and design Financial Services experience preferred Strong written and presentation skills; proven ability to train others and interact with all levels of management Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user friendly language Detail oriented with strong planning skills and consistent follow through Strong ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests and mange laterally, upwards and downwards Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; including proficiency in data manipulation (Excel, Access, etc.) Experience with APEX programming a plus Highly self-motivated and directed, as well as a team contributor Behavioral Skills Consistently demonstrate behaviors associated with Brookline Bancorp’s Core Four values: adaptability, accountability, leadership, and teamwork.
