Stefanini is looking for a Software Engineer in MI.

The Connected Vehicle Platforms and Programs organization is a team dedicated to specifying, architecting, designing, implementing, and operating an End-to-End Ecosystem focused on delivering Telematics and Infotainment Services to Client and Lincoln vehicles globally.

The team is very diverse representing capability in feature/service definition, systems engineering, End-to-End Architecture Design and Deployment, and Ongoing System Operations and Support.

Connected Vehicle Platforms & Programs is seeking a process and data Engineer to support data acquisition using our current and next generation of data collection enablers across multiple cloud, back office and mobile applications and into new geographical markets.

Skills Required: Lead connected vehicle agile data acquisition process.

Develop end-to-end process for the request with all associated rules for data acquisition based on available enablers.

Work with Cross-functional team including Architecture, IT, OGC, in-vehicle engineering team.

As global process owner, ensure the process works in different regions and comply with local requirements.

Lead and resolve any open issues during the review / governance process.

Work with verification teams on data acquisition testing.

Lead the process change when necessary for new enablers and roll out the new process to the global team Develop relationships with the supply base to learn about the latest technologies and possible implementations.

Experience Required: Good understanding of automotive vehicle electrical systems (or equivalent) including vehicle CAN bus architectures and on-board diagnostics.

Experience in connected vehicle features or capabilities.

Good understanding of Telematics, wireless technology, cloud services.

Experience with programming languages and software development practices.

Experience with technically guiding and leading the team Experience Preferred: Excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.

Demonstrated ability to gather large data sets and use data visualization tools effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in business and technical situation at all levels.

Experience with big data processing.

5 years experience in the relevant field.

Education Required: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Computer Science or a related field provided by Dice
