Job Description Senior Solution Engineer (Intelligent Automation)

Description This role is a member of the Global IT – NA Regional Delivery Center, part of Business Applications Intelligent Automation .

This position spans across 1 or more of Cargill’s processes to support Cargill’s Enterprises.

This position will work closely with enterprise process leads, architects and other Global IT teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, to design and deliver capabilities and product solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

This position is to be the Subject Matter Expert, maintaining and ensuring deep knowledge and solutioning expertise for Intelligent Automation.

We’re looking for a Robotics Engineer to join our world-class robotic process automation team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying processes within Cargill that can be simplified, digitized or eliminated by use of robotic process automation (RPA) and other technological tools (Excel, Access and others).

Principal Accountabilities 80% Development Solution Management
• Work within Cargill businesses and functions to identify manual processes to be targeted for automation or simplification
• Communicate effectively with both shared services staff and information technology to ensure a clear understanding between both parties and guarantee successful project implementation
• Gather requirements related to RPA working closely with identified SMEs for specific process areas within the Shared Services Group
• Analyze the process assigned and identified for robotics
• Create process flows, process maps and other process documentation as will be required
• Work hands on within the Shared Services Group to gain process knowledge and provide support
• Create business requirement documentations which include primarily (but may not be limited to):
• Agile Iterative Methodology
• Process maps / process documentations
• Process recordings
• Initiate and facilitate regular project meetings with project team including SMEs and technology team
• Oversee and assist user acceptance testing (UAT) and highlight all issues noted during testing immediately to project team and technology including monitoring progress of testing and measuring results
• Setting up of regular meetings with process teams and technology teams for status updates, issues escalations, follow up on actions
• Providing minutes of meetings after each call including action points with tracking of completion or highlighting outstanding actions
• Provide ongoing support for existing RPA deployments, from a maintenance and enhancement perspective 10% Consulting & Partnering
• Develop and maintain long term business domain knowledge
• Prepare status and deliverables with focus on quality to function and key audiences.

Consulting approach.

• Partner across global virtual teams across Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, Value Enablers, Technical teams, other Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with projects, programs and strategies, and standards.

Both in Portfolio, Other Portfolios and Regions.

10% Other Project Delivery Responsibilities (may include some or all of the following)
• Manage workload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones
• Prepare and/or quality review high and detailed level estimations of effort in order to achieve a preferred solution.

• Manage knowledge to portfolio sharepoint to ensure integrity of design, changes and training deliverables across stakeholders If selected for an interview you will be required to submit your past two performance reviews.

Qualifications Required Qualifications
· Advanced degree in business, operations, engineering, and/or technology
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of intelligent automation and cognitive platforms like Blue Prism, UiPath, WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, etc.

· 5 years experience in digitizing back office processes (e.g., Finance, HR, contact centers, or industry specific processing operations)
· Demonstrable knowledge of business process improvement (e.g., lean management, agile methodologies, etc.)
· Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity for working with digital design, prototyping and large cross-divisional transformations, pulling in relevant team members to address identified – and sometimes undiscovered – client needs
· Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels
· Knowledge of industry trends, development and availability of new technologies and tools
· Willingness to travel up to 30% Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity in driving business readiness training and requirements
· Familiar and able to refer team members to the appropriate system documentation
