At Solovis, we recognize our employees by personally investing in them and providing a rewarding corporate culture centered around growth, training, and an opportunity to shape the future of our product.Salesforce AdministratorThe Salesforce Administrator will play an integral role in supporting a variety of groups within Solovis who rely heavily on the Salesforce CRM platform. This person will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, maintenance and day to day operations of the platform. We’re seeking an individual that can find ways to maximize efficiencies by making full use of the platform’s features and benefits.

Additional duties includeResponsible for all basic administrative functions including user accounts, report and dashboard development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows and approval processes.Work with internal stakeholders to create and execute configurations that support business priorities and initiatives.Provide training to Salesforce users as required, to help expand knowledge and skills across the organization.Manage data integrations with 3rd party tools.Develop cross functional process improvements.Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity.

Perform data uploads and data maintenance.What you bring1+ years of related Salesforce Administration experience.
