The Shared Services team is made up of information technology, human resources, indirect sourcing, finance & accounting professionals that support all business units.

Shared services teams are headquartered in Middleton, Wisconsin but have members across the country.

This position can be located in Middleton, WI, St.

Louis, MO or Lake Forest, CA.

Job Summary An ideal candidate for the Program Manager is someone who possesses strong leadership, project management and problem solving skills, has the ability to work with diverse groups of people from within various departments and levels of the organization including executive leadership, and uses past experience and good judgment to deliver solutions that add exceptional business value.

This individual will be leading the implementation of large-scale Global MDM initiatives.

They will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple project timelines all at once related to MDM system implementations, business transformation efforts, and M&A business integration.

They will work directly with the Global MDM Leader, program managers, project sub-teams and business leaders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities (50%) Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated MDM project timelines, schedules, and communication plans for all assigned projects.

Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, project tasks and resource requirements.

Leads and/or coordinates project managers across multiple key business initiatives to ensure overall program stays on schedule Holds project team accountability by tracking and communicating project progress ensuring projects are delivered as per agreed scope, on time, within budget, and as per the organization’s quality standards.

Organize executive report outs for steering committees and senior leadership teams on a regular schedule.

Establish project priorities and help allocate resources in line with those priorities.

Collaborate with Global MDM lead to monitor projects to ensure there is no duplication of effort or contradictory objectives across all projects.

Escalate and resolve all issues related to the project in a timely manner.

Conduct risk assessment and maintain mitigation plan.

(40%) Acts as a liaison between project managers, senior leadership, external vendors, and other functions Work with the business stakeholders and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements, project scope, project milestones and deliverables Develop RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for external services and manage all aspects of external vendor relationships.

Facilitate discussions across business stakeholders and project teams to determine their process and system needs on an as-needed basis (10%) Conduct MDM program status review meetings, and issue resolution meetings, steering committee meetings as necessary.

Coordinate and lead testing and training efforts as necessary.

Education and Experience Profile Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.

Equivalent experience will be considered in leiu.

Minimum 10 years of experience with demonstrated success in leading large, complex, cross-functional implementation programs or projects (such as software implementations) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience with SAP ERP software strongly preferred Experience in master data management (MDM) disciplines and applications support preferred Has working knowledge of the cost, timeline, and resources necessary in deploying technology solutions Background in Consumer Goods preferred Required Skills Ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies Strong leadership skills across all levels of an organization Excellent time-management, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to analyze and organize facts to effectively present material both verbally and in writing in order to present, influence and persuade other inside and outside of the organization.

Ability to manage through ambiguity delivering recommendations and solutions on preferred path to keep projects and people moving forward Interface with employees at all levels in the organization Strong financial understanding of business and IT; able to assess financial implications of decisions and actions Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal direction Foster Teamwork: Works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Must be able to travel at least 25% internationally and domestically to perform assigned duties.
