This is a Full-time position in Fort Lauderdale, FL posted March 8, 2020.

SUMMARY: A global energy company is seeking a Office 365 Admin/Application Support Analyst for a direct hire role in Fort Lauderdale.

· Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Flow, PowerApps and other O365 collaboration tools.

· Analyze user and business productivity requirements and issues then translate these into the appropriate Office solutions
· Identify current business process pain points and utilize O365 tools to reengineer and automate business processes.

· Construct and deliver user training in O365 applications.

· Effectively translate technical specifications, errors, and business logic through written and verbal communications to both technical and non-technical customers or stakeholders.

· Assist service desk staff providing day-to-day end-user support with L2 support of O365
· PC and mobile device solutions and troubleshoot problems.

· Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner, provide one-on-one end user training as needed.

· Stay current with technological developments and provide recommendations on how to take advantage of new advancements.

· Establish and maintain relationships with remote site users using modern collaboration tools and travel as needed to other company sites.

· Work independently or as part of a team as task requires, developing deliverables and meeting deadlines Education: Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree with studies emphasizing business information/technology systems REQUIREMENTS:
· 3-5 year’s broad experience in O365 collaboration product implementation and usage.

· Knowledge and experience in deploying and supporting Office 365 collaboration tools
· Background working in an O365 implementation project team and an IT Service Desk support environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving techniques with accompanying communication and interpersonal skills
